How much does Stripe charge for processing the online payment?
For Portugal, Stripe’s standard fees for processing card payments in euros are as follows:
Standard Fees in Portugal
Domestic and European Economic Area (EEA) Cards:
1.4% + €0.25 per transaction.Non-EEA/International Cards:
2.9% + €0.25 per transaction.Currency Conversion Fee:
An additional 2% fee applies if the payment is made in a currency different from your account’s default currency (e.g., USD to EUR).
Example Transactions in Euros
Domestic/EEA card for €100.00:
- Fee = (1.4% × €100) + €0.25 = €1.65
- Payout = €98.35
Non-EEA card for €100.00:
- Fee = (2.9% × €100) + €0.25 = €3.15
- Payout = €96.85
International card (USD to EUR, €100.00):
- Base fee = €3.15 (as above).
- Currency conversion = 2% × €100 = €2.00.
- Total fee = €5.15
- Payout = €94.85
Additional Notes:
- Refunds: Stripe retains the original transaction fees for refunded payments.
- Chargebacks: €15 per dispute, refunded if resolved in your favor.

Can I customize the Online Store after receiveing it?
Absolutely! The online store can be even more customized. You can manage your products and even change every aspect of the layout if you wish.
If I start to have a lot of sales, will Reuzzer charge me any more money?
Unless our agreement involved a commission (%) on sales, you will only pay what was pre-agreed, regardless of your future sales.
Does the store include an automatic billing system?
No! All matters related to sales invoicing are the responsibility of the customer (you).
How do you sell the E-Commerce services at this price?
I’m a Freelancer who does this part-time and I don’t have the cost structure of other companies so I can sell at lower prices.
Does Reuzzer provide training so I can learn how to manage my store alone?
Yes. In fact, it is always recommended that customers learn how to manage their store in an autonomous and professional way!
How much money can my Online Shop make?
It is impossible to give any kind of guarantee, but if your product has quality and the right price, with a little Marketing you will certainly start receiving lots of online orders!
After paying for Reuzzer services, what are the annual costs to maintain the online store?
It will depend on the services you have contracted, but as a rule you will always have an annual cost for the domain, hosting and the SSL certificate.
If a service, free or paid, used in my online store fails for any reason, is it Reuzzer's responsibility?
No! Reuzzer is only responsible for building your online sales platform and is not responsible for problems originating from third-party companies. But I can always assist you and overcome the problem as quickly as possible.
Does the online store have a system that allows me to easily manage all my products and their details?
Without a doubt yes. And you will receive training to learn how to manage all of this independently!
